What is HOSO Shrimp?

The name actually describes its appearance as HO stands for “Head On” and SO stands for “Shell On”. Therefore, this word stands for Head On Shell On shrimp.

This is the simplest form of shrimp processing.


 

 

Some sizes of HOSO shrimp can be: 6/8, 8/12, 13/15, 16/20, 21/30, 31/40, 41/50, 51/60, 61/70, 71/90
