About the role
The engine behind every shipment
At Mekong Seafood Connection Co., the Sales Admin takes over once the sales team signs the contract. You’ll follow and run customer orders end to end, talk directly with overseas partners, and make sure every order goes smoothly.
Who we’re looking for

✅ College or university degree in International Trade, Economics, English, or another field you feel is a great fit
✅ Basic knowledge of import-export procedures (a plus)
✅ At least 1 year in sales or sales admin (a plus)
✅ Good English: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Other languages are a plus
✅ Proactive, careful, honest and easy to work with
✅ Strong sense of responsibility
What you’ll do
Your main responsibilities
Hands-on, international and never boring.

Run customer orders
Follow and operate orders of all company customers after the sales department signs the contract.

Talk to overseas partners
Work directly with foreign partners by email, chat apps or calls when needed.

Solve problems
Resolve any issues that come up during order fulfilment.

Grow key accounts
Care for and increase sales with the customer group handed over by the Board of Directors.

Join meetings
Prepare for and attend internal and external meetings at the Board’s request, when needed.
